What you wear
knows more
than you think.
So do you.
Wardrobe audits, image consulting, and the work most stylists can't do — going into the subconscious beliefs that built your closet in the first place.
Your wardrobe is
a map of your
inner world.
Enclothed cognition — the science of how clothing shapes the mind from the outside in — tells us that what we wear doesn't just signal to others. It signals to ourselves.
The pieces you keep but never wear. The colors you're drawn to but don't trust yourself in. The version of you that lives in your imagination, dressed differently than you dress today.
That distance is information. And it's exactly where we begin.
Three things
this space holds
01
The Psychology of Dress
Research-backed exploration of how clothing shapes confidence, identity, mood, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we are — and who we're allowed to be.
02
Style as Subconscious Work
The wardrobe audit no one talks about — not just the capsule, not just the color palette, but also the emotional archaeology of what you hold onto, what you avoid, and why.
03
Dressing From the Inside Out
A practice of aligning how you appear in the world with who you actually are — not a performance, but a quiet, ongoing act of integrity.
Style as
identity
work.
It starts with the body, not the closet
Before we talk about what to wear, we talk about what your body feels like to live in. How you learned to see yourself. What comfort and visibility mean to you — and which one you've been choosing.
Clothes carry memory
The blazer you never wear because it's "too much." The dress that felt like you before everything changed. Style holds grief, ambition, and self-protection. Learning to read it is a form of self-knowledge.
There's no "perfect" aesthetic, only honest ones
This isn't about building a capsule wardrobe or finding your color season. It's about getting clear on what you want to say about yourself when you walk into a room—and whether your clothes are helping or hiding.
Rooted in real psychology
Enclothed cognition research, somatic awareness, subconscious patterning, and body image work. Not aesthetic advice. Actual inner work — with your wardrobe as the text.
Find the entry point that's right for where you are.
Every offering here combines style work with inner work — the external and the internal, together. You can start small and go deeper or come in all the way at once. There's no wrong door.
The Wardrobe Read: 30 minutes · $47
You show up. You share what you wear, what you avoid, and what’s been sitting in your closet untouched for years. I read it back to you — not as a fashion critique, but as a map. What your choices are saying about how you see yourself. What you might be ready to change. One honest look.
Online only
Style Clarity Session: $100

Closet Reset: $180 in-person / $149 virtual
A lighter version of the full audit — focused, actionable.

Wardrobe Audit + Confidence Hypnosis
Virtual · $447 — In-person, starts with a $50 closet assessment (credited at booking)
Most closet work stops at the clothes. This goes underneath.
We start with a full read of what you own — what you reach for, what you avoid, and what's been hanging there for years untouched. Then we go deeper: a hypnotherapy session for embodied confidence, so the shift isn't just in your wardrobe; it's in how you inhabit your body when you get dressed.
Outside and inside, in the same container.
What's included:
Full closet walkthrough — virtual or in-person
Emotional inventory: what you avoid, what you reach for, and why
Silhouette and fit analysis with psychological framing
Curated edit: what stays, what goes, what's missing
Hypnotherapy session for embodied confidence
Personalized confidence prompts to use after the session
Written summary and next steps
3 hours total. Additional time billed at $100/hour.
In-person clients begin with a $50 closet assessment so I can scope your space accurately — that $50 goes toward your audit when you book.
The In-Depth $1,800
Signature offer
Two days of style and color work, held open by three hypnotherapy sessions.
This is the complete container. The hypnosis doesn't happen at the end — it runs through the whole experience. One session before we begin, to open you up and clear what's in the way. One session between the two days, to integrate and prepare. One session after, to anchor what's shifted. The style and color work lands differently when the subconscious is already on board.
How it unfolds
Hypnotherapy session 1 — before we begin: clearing blocks, opening the container
Day 1 — Style: silhouettes, fabrics, proportions, psychology of dress
Hypnotherapy session 2 — between days: integration, identity work, preparation
Day 2 — Color: fully customized color analysis, personal palette, color psychology
Hypnotherapy session 3 — after: anchoring the new self-image, sealing the work
Also included
Personalized confidence prompts
Complete written style and color reference guides
One follow-up call (30 min) two weeks after
Payment plans are available for The In-Depth ($1,800). Split into two payments — half at booking, half before your second day.
All other packages are paid in full at booking. If something is in the way of that, reach out — there's usually a way to make it work.
I'm Masha.
I work underneath
the surface.
I'm a clinical hypnotherapist and coach with a background in personal styling. For years I held them as two separate things. Then I realized they were always the same work — helping people come home to themselves.
Style was the first place many of my clients encountered their own self-rejection. The mirror that showed them what they believed about their worth. And when we worked on the belief, what they reached for changed on its own.
We'll decode what your current style is saying, build out what's missing, and give you the tools — practical and psychological — to get dressed without second-guessing yourself.
