My Story

I Didn't Learn English from an App.

I moved to the US 15 years ago. I was 12 years old, and I didn't speak the language. I was thrown straight into the American school system.

I didn't have the luxury of studying grammar rules in a quiet room. I had to learn by listening, by sitting in class, and by interacting with teachers and students every single day.

I learned the language the way it is actually spoken - not the "textbook version" most tutors teach.

Now, I combine that real-world experience with my training in Psychology and Hypnotherapy. I bridge the gap between "school English" and the deep psychological confidence you need to use it in the real world.

I spent the last decade studying the human mind, becoming a certified Hypnotherapist and a Psychology student to understand why we freeze, why we feel shame, and how to rebuild our confidence from the inside out.

I built The Underneath because I want you to feel safe, powerful, and whole.
