Irina Riabova, LMT

Irina is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and a graduate of the Discovery Point School of Massage, where she completed an intensive 750-hour clinical training program specializing in deep tissue and targeted tension relief.

Grown up on the banks of the Volga in Volgograd — in the shadow of the monumental Rodina-Mat — Irina learned early about profound endurance and the strength the human frame can carry. She channels that deep-rooted resilience into her bodywork practice, bridging clinical anatomy with a grounded, restorative approach to help clients release chronic muscular strain and nervous system fatigue.

As the co-founder of Healing Underneath, Irina brings professional mobile somatic and massage therapy directly to clients' homes along the I-5 corridor from Tacoma to Mount Vernon, creating a safe, unhurried space for physical reset and true recovery.

Masha Fomina

Certified Hypnotherapist, Coach, and Founder of The Underneath & Healing Underneath

Masha grew up in a small town in Eastern Russia, the daughter of a pastor, surrounded by deep faith and spiritual rituals. As a teenager, her family immigrated to the U.S. with no community or support system.

For a long time, life was about surviving. She carried the silent weight of trauma, a toxic and violent marriage, and the heavy fear taught by a strict religious upbringing that viewed her bisexuality as a sin. To cope, she hid behind a performance of who she was supposed to be, numbing the pain until she couldn't do it anymore.

The turning point came when she walked away. Breaking free meant untangling years of fear, quitting old habits, letting go of a faith built on shame, and finally learning to accept and love her own body. Today, as a certified hypnotherapist, coach, and the founder of The Underneath and Healing Underneath, Masha helps others do that same deep, honest work—guiding them out of the dark and back to themselves.
